Mad Woman Gives Birth On The Street Of Lagos | Photos
Yesterday, September 16th, people heard the agonizing cries of a mentally challenged woman, begging people not to let her die. She was on the streets and in labour. Good spirited Nigerians heard her cries and helped her deliver her baby on Ayodele street in Ebute Metta around 4 am before calling the Lagos State Emergency number, who came and carried her and the baby to Lagos State Island Maternity hospital where she and the bouncing baby boy are doing well.
The baby has since been named Ambode. The woman and her baby are currently on the 3rd floor, ward 3A Island Maternity Lagos, in case anyone wants to visit with food and clothes.
