Okowa Approves Redeployment Of Permanent Secretaries
The Governor of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, has approved the posting of Permanent Secretaries in the state civil service, the state Head of Service, Sir Patrick Origho, has said.
According to a circular with reference number HOS.1/T2/6, dated 15th of September, 2015, Origho said that A.E. Oghoro, who was in Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), Warri has been posted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources; E.A. Yugbovwre with State Emergency Management Agency now posted to Directorate of Local Government Affairs while Engr. I.G. Oduah, who was in the Directorate of Project Monitoring has been posted to the Ministry of Energy.
Others affected by the posting, the HOS said, are A.D. Onokpe, who was in the Ministry of Energy and now posted to Basic and Secondary Education; O.A. Onokpise, who was in Delta State Liaison Office, Lagos, now posted to the Civil Cervice Commission while I.J. Aguonye, who was in the Directorate of Establishments and Pension moved to the Ministry of Information.
He added in the circular that C.A. Semiteje, who was in Directorate of Infrastructure has been moved to the Ministry of Water Resources; O.C.Nwani (Mrs.) with the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) posted to the Ministry of Women Affairs, Community and Social Development, adding that S.L. Adjohwenyo of Directorate of Local Government Affairs has been posted to the Ministry of Lands, Surveys and Urban Development.
Also, the Head of Service said F.O. Isume who was in the Governor’s Office Annex, Warri, has now been posted to the Ministry Of Commerce and Industry; Dr.A.C Okolie moved from Post Primary Education Board (Headquarters) to the Post Primary Education Board Zonal Office, Oleh; C.F. Agbeha has equally been moved from Post Primary Education Board Zonal Office, Oleh to the Post Primary Education Board (Headquarters) while L.C. Ugbomah (Mrs.), who was in Post Primary Education Board Zonal Office, Oghara, has now been posted to the Post Primary Education Board Zonal Office, Asaba.
Meanwhile, the HOS has directed that all handing over formalities should be completed not later than Wednesday, 30th September, 2015.
