GOVERNOR OKOWA WILL ALWAYS WIN THE SOCIAL MEDIA BATTLE WITH GOD, DELTANS DIASPORA AND PATRIOTIC BLOGGERS ON HIS SIDE -PATRIOT DANTES ODOGWU
As one who humbly has reasons now to consider myself as actively constituting the membership and leadership of the Social Media world or turf, the claim I make herein may not factually be faulted as misplaced.
Definitely, nobody accustomed to visiting the online environment these days can deny that he/she has not come across several or a barrage of insults, invective, vituperations and in few instances,well-crafted criticisms hurled at the person and Government of Gov Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State.
Anyway, just as this may not be unexpected in a political environment still infused with a healthy mix of one's political admirers and haters,so also should it not go unexpected that at given occasions, some patriotic citizens (who have cogent reasons to)would readily come to the defense of someone like His Excellency,Gov Ifeanyi Okowa This then is what Deltans Diaspora is out for-to utilize the Online Media as a veritable tool of defense for a Governor whom we presume that many persons have chosen to malign unjustifiable.
However, may I straighten the facts by assuring that never shall Deltans Diaspora be sycophantic to support any repressive or non-beneficial laws, policies or programmes of any Government (including of course, that of Delta State). But the unrepentant cynics and critics of Gov Okowa are placed on notice too that no more shall unwarranted and unsavory posts and comments against our Principal,Gov Okowa, be permitted to continue unchallenged.
Moreover, we are of the opinion that should there arise the need for issues pertaining to governance to be addressed online, that shouldn't courtesy, politeness and respect be our guiding principles anymore? Yes,that should ordinarily be;hence if one wishes to address Gov Okowa, his Aides and Government, the rule of the game should without doubt be the application of such virtues(and many more)aforementioned.
Lastly,I admonish that should some online users wish to dare our collective resolve to do things properly henceforth, that Deltans Diaspora and it's allies are doubtless, equally masters at the game.
I again think it necessary to forthwith reiterate that with God,DD and allies on the side of the Governor of Delta State, I doubt if His Excellency 's opponents are sure of overruning him and his Government via the online front. That I might say humbly,is near impossible!
May God bless Delta State.
