DTHA Committee Holds Public Hearing On Contributory Health Commission Bill Aug 24
The Ad-Hoc committee of the Delta State House of Assembly on the Establishment of the Delta State Contributory Health Commission Bill 2015 has invited the general public and interested stakeholders to the public hearing of the bill for a law on the subject slated for Monday, August 24, 2015 at the press centre, Assembly Complex, Okpanam Road, Asaba.
The public hearing according to a release signed by the Chairman of the Ad-Hoc committee, Hon. (Dr.) Alphonsus Ojo and its Secretary, Oghenerhaboke A. Penn, is to begin by 10 at the venue. The bill has passed through the first and second hearing stages on the floor of the house, the signatories added.
In view of the imminent public hearing , the general public and all other interested stakeholders have been requested to submit 10 copies of their written memoranda to the Secretary of the Ad-hoc committee on Delta Ste Contributory Health Commission Bill, 2015 also referred to as the HB.3 ,in Room G06, House of Assembly Office Complex ,on or before Friday, August, 2015.
The committee also requested the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health and other related ministries, departments, agencies and interested stakeholders to be reset at the hearing.
