Apostle Okenye Chuks Elisha A.k.a (Baba Fire) is a computer scientist turned preacher. He holds a B.Sc in Computer Science. He is the President and Founder of the Wind of Change Deliverance Ministries, a ministry called to “produce people of power”. The Ministry is reputed to be one of the growing ministry will speed.

God gave him the mandate to “restore people to their destinies through the manifestation power of the Holy Spirit”.

His ministrations are described as accurate prophetic utterance, raw deliverance, raw miracles and depth in the word are manifested.

He is married to Pastor (Mrs.) Okenye Elisha Ruth (A.k.a Mama Fire) and they are happily blessed. Their lives are the proof of God’s Grace in action.
