A porn star is training to join the 62 Mile
High Club.
No, not that 62 Mile High Club -- Coco Brown says sex in space would be too difficult, but she has plunked down $100,000 to join private Dutch aeronautics firm SpaceXC on a space expedition in 2014, which would make her the first porn star in space.
The 34-year-old star of such films as Black Panty Chronicles 2, Super Freaks 1 and Pizza Africana has already undergone some anti-gravity training in the Netherlands and will be doing more from an aircraft in the coming months.
"I've always had a love of space," she told the Huffington Post. "I'm an adventurous person and I thrive off of excitement."
Still, her Twitter account suggests she's feeling the nerves:
According to SpaceXC, Brown isn't the first pseudo-celebrity to sign up. Victoria's Secret model Doutzen Kroes and renowned DJ Armin van Buuren are also on board for the trip.
While Brown has sworn off space sex, the actress who occasionally goes by the name Honey Love says she might provide her fellow space travellers with an impromptu strip show.
"We have gear that we have to wear, but I'll see what I can do up there. Maybe I'll pop my boob out and take a photo of it with the Earth in the background," she told the Post.
She wouldn't have been the first to star in zero-gravity sex anyway -- Silvia Saint and Nick Lang beat her to it in 1999 in a film called The Uranus Experiment Part Two.
