Politicians Will Determine Success Or Failure Of Elections – Police
The Kaduna State Commissioner of Police, Alhaji Umar Usman Shehu, yesterday in Zaria said the success or failure of the rescheduled 2015 general elections would largely depend on how politicians conduct themselves in line with the laws of the country.
The police boss spoke shortly after the signing of peace accord by flag-bearers of different political parties in Kaduna North Senatorial District at the Sabon Gari LG secretariat.
CP Shehu, however, expressed optimism that they would supervise peaceful elections, although the conduct of politicians is critical in achieving a positive outcome.
