GMuzik, a phrase and genre coined by artist and songwriter Capo2G! formerly known as Chief Capo to many within the music & entertainment industry. 2G was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria where he developed a passion for entertainment and explored all facets of music. He later moved to Atlanta Georgia where he then started a music career in 2005. At the time 2G (formerly known as Chief Capo) released several local street anthems that garnered major recognition within the music industry. Shortly after, his focus shifted from a recording artist to a business manager, solely focusing on the business aspect of the entertainment industry, which led to a lucrative business venture managing night clubs as well as artist development/management.
Today 2G has regained his passion for music and is set to take his career, image and sound in a new direction, starting with his name change, led by a new genre of Music titled "GMuzik" which can be described as "that feel good music for the G's". There is a lot in store for 2G in 2013, he is definitely the one to look out for this year and his fans will be thoroughly impressed by his overall presentation. From producing great music to building his empire, this G is a force to be reckoned with.
