Shekau looks a bit animated in the video, laughing like one who is deranged with confidence. He calls out Obama, Frances Hollande and Benjamin Nehtanyahu, leaders of USA, France and Israel respectively. He says he is not afraid as Taliban is supporting him.
He also says the Nigerian army is no match for the sect, and the reports of Nigerian military offensive crushing Boko Haram as false.
