Photos : Kim Kardashian finally showed her face in public after birthing baby North West

The reality star finally showed her face in public since giving birth in June and TMZ got the exclusive photos. Kim, Kanye, baby North and a nanny were photographed going into an LA medical facility yesterday Wednesday August 14th. They all look really happy, especially Kanye.
