  1. That the said individuals that authorised the publication were never talking for ABAVO people nor have the authority to do so.
  2. That we are aware of a court case among members of the OHAIFUN ruling house (Royal Family)

The General Ublic is hereby urged to disregard the said publication. Once again, we want to quickly remind the General Public that ABAVO CLAN UNION remains the umbrella body duely elected by ABAVO people both home and in Diaspora to run the affairs of the community; and this body alone has the power and the legitimate right to speak for ABOVA community. Lastly, the clan union on behalf of Abavo people remains solidly behind our Monarch, H.R.M. King Uche Irenuma II the paramount Ruler of Abavo Kingdom.
