Photos: Nigerian Makes History In US, Becomes First Appointed African Judge
A Nigerian, Jude O. Nkama has made Nigeria and the entire Africa proud.
Nkama, on January 6, 2016, became the first African to be appointed as a judge in the 349 year history of the city and State of New Jersey, USA.
Hon. Ras Baraka, Mayor of the City of Newark, NJ also appointed Hon. Ugochukwu Nwaokoro as Deputy Mayor; and Evans Anyanwu, Esq. as Chief Prosecutor of the city. See photos from the event below:
Just recently, Obama appointed Nigerian-born Adewale “Wally” Adeyemo as deputy national security adviser for international economic affairs.
