FIFA Ranking: Super Eagles crash to 66th position
Super Eagles end the year 2015 by dropping in the latest FIFA ranking released on Thursday by the world football governing body.
Nigeria which was at the 59th spot last month,is now 66 th place in the world.
The 2013 African champions now occupy the 14th place in Africa, two places below their position in November.
Ivory Coast held on to the top spot on the continent, and now 19th in the world, as Algeria, Ghana and Cape Verde kept the top four places in Africa unchanged.
Tunisia is now the 5th placed team on the continent, displacing Senegal to the 6th spot. Congo, Guinea, Egypt and Cameroon complete the top ten teams.
