The inauguration of the new reconstituted Governing Councils of 23
federal universities was held at the National Universities Commission
(NUC) Abuja on Tuesday, May 9. According to the twitter user, who was at
the ceremony, the Honourable Minister of Education Malam Adamu Adamu
raised his hand when the only three female members of the council
approached him for a handshake.
