Several teenagers are reportedly trading sex to get labourer jobs at the Ada Songhor Lagoon Salt site located in the Greater Accra Region. Some men at the Salt production site were accused of abusing girls sexually before engaging them to work at the site. The sexual abuse has also led a lot of the girls dropping out of school due to teenage pregnancy, subjecting them to single parenthood.
