The Federal High court in Port Harcourt this afternoon ruled that the Senator Andy Ubah should fly the PDP flag in the coming Anambra state Governorship election on November 16, 2013.
The court declared that Ken Emeakaye led Peoples Democratic Party in Anambra state should maintain status quo pending the final decision of the court.
The court in Port Harcourt, presided over by justice H.A Nganjiwa ordered that the PDP should recognise the Ejike Oguebego led faction of the party, which produced Senator Andy Uba, now the authentic governorship candidate of the PDP in the forthcoming election in Anambra state.
