OKOWA VISITS UDUAGHAN
The incoming governor, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa was at the state govt house, Asaba,Anioma nation, Delta State to meet with the outgoing governor, Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan.
Dr Okowa expressed his joy and thanks to the governor for his role in his victory.
