Dear Federal Government,

You have come a long way with your policies and rule. You have concerned yourself with nothing but the present hence making it look like the constitution has to be remixed and renamed "Your WILL" before your demise. You have ignored the children you saw grow and focused on the ones from your sperm cells and ovulation that you aren't seeing grow because they have been shipped off to "better grounds" for eductaion. You have put your wives in other rooms BUT that of improtance forgetting (if you married a good woman) they balance you when you go astray. You have failed to embrace the spirit and letter of the Almighty you worship be it any religion. You have failed the man you see in d mirror because he isnt a beast or metaphysical beign you don't understand. No, He is the posterboy/girl for greed. You have forgotten how you felt when you were coming up but remember this... you will not forget how you fall. Your money... my bad... our money you take will shame you when you need it the most. The hustling are finding ways to be better but you just want to take from them without giving back. You focus on chasing thieves but never focus on securing the vault they steal from. In the history of our existence as a generation, we have never gotten levelled platforms to play as we have gotten with the internet. The people have become more exposed to business ideas, global news, information sharing from continent to continent between seconds. Industry has gotten global awareness because of this.

Music has started to look better just because with data you can put up your craft be it music or painting or write ups or poems or comedy or pets or life to make people happy in a steady sinking world of frustrating conflicting governance and hustle.

You concern yourself with your percieved negatives over the objective positives. You are killing the future of Nigeria. You are killing the future of Nigeria. Internet is almost free in a lot of "advanced" countries too. Be careful Nigeria... don't ruin yourself. DON'T!!!

American police use water spray, rubber bullets and other weapons on protesters

American law enforcement is currently engaged in a stand off with protesters at Standing Rock in North Dakota. The protesters are against a government  decision to build an oil pipeline called the Dakota Access Pipeline through their land which will involve environmental degradation and the displacement of local people majority of whom are Native Americans.

Police have acknowledged using sponge rounds, bean bag rounds, stinger rounds, teargas grenades, pepper spray, Mace, Tasers and a sound weapon.

Linda Black Elk, a member of the Catawba Nation who works with the Standing Rock Medic & Healer Council said:

 “We’re going to hope for the absolute best. If they do attempt to remove people forcibly, we are certainly preparing for mass casualties.” She believes racism is at the heart of the high handed tactics employed by law enforcement officials. “The thing is, racism is nothing new here. It has always been there; it’s just bubbling under the surface” she said.

The ongoing conflict has seen one woman’s arm nearly blown off, according to her father, and a complaint alleges that another woman was shot in the eye, resulting in the detachment of her retina and possible permanent blindness.

The Mandan, North Dakota, police chief, Jason Ziegler, has asserted that law enforcement agencies “can use whatever force necessary to maintain peace”.

This was me yesterday morning, hale and hearty , full of life before I stepped out to work not knowing of the danger that lies ahead...... as I closed from work, took a bike to a supermarket called NAO along cathedral Akure, after picking few stuffs i needed, I crossed to the other side to board a taxi to my estate called Ijapo here in Akure, then I waved this taxi and the driver stopped , I moved closer and told him ijapo then he asked me to get in, inside the car I met two already seated at the back, then one at the front seats with the driver making 4, we became 5 plus me but after a few second of driving a guy from the back alighted, leaving two of us at the back sit, then the guy with me at the back sit told the driver to pack that he wants to drop too and the driver asked, bro! Are you the owner of the Ghana must go filled with dollars at the booth, the guy replied yes and the driver said il drive you to our chairman at the garage, you want to put me in trouble abi? You entered my taxi with such big amount of money without telling me, 

Immediately I told the driver what right has he got to open a passengers bag, b4 I finished this statement the guy who claimed to own the bag started crying, begging the driver not to expose him , that he works with one Alhaji at Lagos who sells gold and change dollars then Alhaji just died and everyone absconded with what they like, that inside the bag he had 1.5m dollars. 

Immediately my guardian angel appear and instructed me to look at the side mirror of both front seat I did, behold the first guy had scar all over his face and the driver's eyeball covered in blood but already healing. Immediately I shouted with my whole strength "Drop me now!!! he said Aunty you need to follow us, today is our lucky day, this guy will settle us. Again I yelled "I say Drop me now!!!! Then he parked drop me off on motion around oja market and zoomed off. God saved me! Then people gathered round me and started sharing thier experiences, a woman told me that normally they have jazzed me but it wasn't effective on me that, as I entered the taxi I am suppose to agree with them the next thing il find myself in a bush! After Rapping me turn by turn, they will take my naked pic, give me other concoction to swallow, dispose me off my valuables, drive me at night to an ATM, where il withdraw all my money for them, and if I am from a rich family they will set me free but they'll be calling me to bring them huge amount of money or threaten to release the pics to social media , and if i am not from a rich family, that's how they'll sell to the ritualistic , or do the cutting themselves. 

I was in shock, crying and weeping profusely as I thank my father In Heaven for not making my years of suffer go down just like that. If you're within Akure please becareful, they are roaming the streets freely, I wonder what the force men are doing about this, if you go out and see 20taxis, I assure you 6 to 7 of them are set of this guyz! Fellow corpers becareful, everyone at Akure open your eyes and don't let love of money make you fall victim, I heard lots of people are missing , some are found with their hair scrapped , while some are dead with many parts missing.

Father pleads guilty to sexually abusing and killing his 10-week-old daughter

A monstrous 24-year-old Maryland father, Robert Davidson, pleaded guilty to sexually abusing and killing his 10-week-old daughter last year. Davidson appeared in court on Monday to answer the charges of sex abuse of a minor and first-degree child abuse resulting in death in connection to the June 2015 slaying of his daughter, Aleah Thompson.
The baby girl's mother, 22-year-old Lorena Thompson, pleaded guilty to neglect of a minor in July and was sentenced to five years of probation.

Prosecutors said that Thompson had seen bruises on her daughter's body and suspected that her boyfriend had been physically abusing Aleah but did not do anything to protect the infant or alert the authorities.

According to a press release from the Montgomery County Police Department, at 7.18pm on June 23, 2015, Robert Davidson called 911 to report that his daughter was unresponsive and not breathing. Paramedics arrived at the couple's home on East Argyle Street in Rockville, Maryland, and rushed the infant to a nearby hospital. Aleah Thompson was alter airlifted to MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington DC, where she succumbed to her injuries three days later.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner subsequently ruled Aleah's death a homicide caused by multiple blunt force injuries. An autopsy of the baby showed that the 10-week-old had suffered a broken collarbone and had 34 rib fractures in various stages of healing. The injuries were the result of what has been described as at least three 'severely traumatic events.'
Aleah had injuries to her head, eyes and spine. A forensic anthropologists concluded that the abuse started when the infant was only two weeks old and the last of the incidents took place just before her death.
Aleah's parents were arrested in late August 2015, nearly two months after the baby's death.

During his initial interview with police, Robert Davidson said that on the evening of June 23, he was looking after Aleah while his girlfriend was at work. He said he was playing video games when he heard sounds of labored breathing coming from the bedroom. He went to check up on Aleah and found her unresponsive and limp. He then tried to revive her by performing CPR before calling 911 for help.

However, during subsequent interviews, Davidson admitted to 'committing acts that constitute sexual abuse of a child.’ He also revealed that he had dropped Aleah several times in the past and 'aggressively' shook the baby at least once on the day of the incident.

When Lorena Thompson was questioned by investigators, she admitted that she had seen bruises on Aleah on more than one occasion, and that those injuries occurred while the baby was in her boyfriend’s care, but at no time did she seek medical attention for the new-born and she didn't even take the baby to her two-month medical checkup because she knew the doctors would have discovered the injuries on the infant.

Thompson, who is a chef by trade, also has a 5-year-old son from a previous relationship.

Davidson was originally charged with second-degree murder, first-degree child abuse resulting in death, first-degree child abuse resulting in severe physical injury, neglect of a minor, sexual abuse of a minor, and second-degree sex offense. But as part of the plea deal, prosecutors agreed to drop the second-degree murder count against Davidson.

It has not been specified why Davidson was charged with sexual abuse. His attorney said cryptically in court on Monday his client had told police he was trying to remove 'mucus and other substances' from Aleah's body, but that he did not do it for sexual gratification.

Davidson is scheduled to be sentenced in February. He faces up to 50 years in prison.

17-year-old boy dies from suspected poisoning after receiving death threats

Boris Commodore, a student of St.Stephen’s Presbyterian Senior Technical School in the eastern region of Ghana, met his untimely death after he was allegedly poisoned. The 17-year-old is reported to have returned from prep on Friday, November 25 and taken a beverage drink. He supposedly later had garri (soaked) before complaining of severe stomach pains followed by vomiting of blood. Boris died before the school authorities could rush him to the Kibi Government Hospital.
Speaking exclusively to 3News, the deceased brother who narrated the tragic scene said that Boris had been threatened with death by a schoolmate after they had a misunderstanding about a month ago.

‘He came home three weeks ago after a fracas with one of his mates in which he received a blow to his eye so he was given permission to come home. We have been communicating and everything has been okay but he had earlier complained to our father about the constant frowning by the student he had the fracas with.

‘My parents had a call from the school that my brother was sick and had to come over so they quickly dressed up and moved to the school. Upon arrival, they were asked to go to the Kibi Government Hospital and when they got there they asked the nurses and the receptionist if someone had been brought there by the name Boris Commodore who happens to be my late brother and everybody looked surprised.

‘The receptionist and the people around them referred them back to the school because the authorities were the best people to explain the whole situation to them’.

On getting to the Morgue after the school authorities confirmed the death, the deceased brother also said he suspected that Boris was poisoned.

'When we saw him at the morgue, there was foam coming out of his mouth and nostrils so clearly anyone at all can pinpoint that this is clear poison or probably suspect foul play somewhere.

According to 3News report, Boris remains is presently at the Police Hospital, where an autopsy will be done before the police can start investigating.

Update on Isah Hamman, man whose kidneys were removed by a doctor in Adamawa who thought they were tumors

Months after Isah Hamman's kidneys were removed by a quack doctor in Adamawa state who thought they were tumors, a total stranger came forward and offered to donate one of his kidneys to Hamman. Graphic photo: Final year Delta Polytechnic student murdered by her cultist lover

A final year female student of the Delta State Polytechnic, department of Mathematics and Statistics was allegedly murdered by her cultist lover inside her room in a private hostel off Polytechnic Road in Ogwashi-Uku, Delta state last Tuesday November 22nd.

According to Sahara Reporters, the deceased who is simply identified as Julia had spent the night with her yet to be identified lover at her room in the Hostel when she was killed.

Other students residing in the hostel said the unidentified lover during a previous stay, had stolen the deceased lady's ATM card.

"After her cultist lover had left the following day she received an alert of a N100,000 deduction from her bank account where she discovered her ATM card was missing. Not comfortable with the development, she went straight to her bathroom to take her bath. Immediately after that, she received another alert of N45,000 making it N145,000 that was [withdrawn] from her account by the unknown person. Before leaving for the bank, she complained to us [about] the strange development. Again, on her return from the bank where she went to complain, she told us the bank assured her that the culprit could only be known and arrested after going through their CCDC camera. She was told to go home and report back the following [day] before meeting her untimely death" one of the students who spoke on condition of anonymity said

The source alleged that the boyfriend sneaked into Julia's room and murdered her with a battle axe, locked the corpse inside the room and ran away with her keys.

"Not until the next morning when everybody became apprehensive of her whereabouts and we [had] to break her door where we saw her lifeless body with blood stains everywhere in the room. Immediately we raised the alarm and everybody in the area rushed down and the matter was reported to the Ogwashi-Uku Police Station"the source said

The state police command is currently on the trail of the suspected cultist who is presently on the run.
