THIS ADMINISTRATION WON’T TAKE DECISION WITHOUT HEARING FROM THE PEOPLE – OTUARO

The Delta State Deputy Governor, Barrister Kingsley Otuaro says the Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa led administration won’t take any decision without hearing from Deltans, hence he called on the people who are stakeholders of the ongoing Bus Rapid Terminal, BRT in Effurun, to cooperate with the state government.

Barr. Otuaro made the disclosure Wednesday July 14 at Government House Annex in Warri, Delta State during a stakeholders’ meeting on the ongoing BRT construction work in Warri and Effurun.

He re-assured the people and the Ovie of Uvwie that the initial name given to the project will be changed to bear Effurun-Warri BRT instead of Warri BRT.

Barr. Otuaro also stressed that the government will look into the contribution made by the stakeholders seriously for effective implementation.

In his submission, the Chairman of Uvwie Local Government Area, Hon. Henry Baro Minabowanre disclosed that one of the problems encountered in the society is lack of information, just as he lauded the effort of the state government in executing the BRT project in the area.
