2019, PDP WILL SMASH APC IN DELTA - VICTOR NWOKOLO

By: Okowa Reloaded 2019

Going by the abysmal endemic failure that has obviously reduced the All Progressive Congress pivotal to lack of focus, zero developmental principles, continuous blame game and trade in propaganda, a PDP chieftain, Hon. Victor Nwokolo has predicted a mysterious political doom for the party in the 2019 general elections especially in Delta state.

Banging on Governor Okowa's achievements in the past two years, he said, the difference between noise makers and achievers is clear, noting that, Deltans cannot be fooled to be incarcerated into the dungeon called change which has delivered nothing but untold hardship to Nigerians and Nigeria itself.

According to Hon. Nwokolo, APC has acted too many dramas that have made Nigerians conclude on them as a party that lacks the wherewithal to transform policies to work on a he platter of excuses and blame game.

He said, while majority members of the All Progressive Congress are fearful and intimidated by the laudable achievements of Okowa which spell unavoidable doom to their hope, have refused to publicly acknowledge Okowa's feat, instead, they resort to telling lies that make them appear more cheaper and unserious to their mockery by both infants and adult Nigerians.

Nwokolo who applauded the Governor's achievements despite the debacle of the economic recession, extolled Okowa's prudent use of accruing state's resources and Internally Generated Revenue(IGR) for the development of critical areas of needs in the state.

For him, the Emergence Of Senator Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa as Governor at such a trying time, was divine to save the state from economic crisis and has injected a fresh breath of hope and firm believe in PDP as a party with hunger and thirst for development. He charged Deltans not to sell their destinies for a plate of porridge in the name of change, saying its time Deltans protect their destinies by showing APC yet another red card in the next elections.

Speaking on workers welfare in the state, Hon. Victor Nwokolo noted that, every government policy is usually criticised by those who are either affected by its initial implementation and those who choose not to see the prospects of such policies.

He recalled how APC rebuffed Goodluck Jonathan's attempt to increase fuel pump price with organized protest and promise to sell fuel pump price at #40 and ended up selling it at #145-150.

He therefore, appealed to Deltans and those affected by any of the government's economic policies to be patient as the state government is still verifying many of such decisions from ministerial reports.

He noted that, as at the time the present administration was inaugurated in May 29, 2015, Delta State had about Seventy Thousand (70,000) work force on its payroll which is even more than that of Lagos state and measuring with federal workforce. Yet, the state was able to meet the obligations to the workers through debt payment re-scheduling, cutting waste, contract reviews, and prudent management despite side challenges which the state is overcoming gradually.

As part of the on-going biometric exercise to weed out ghost workers from the state's government payroll, the State has been able to cut down the size of the workforce to about fifty thousand and some fraction (50,000 +) through BVN and Staff verification which he said, is still on the high side compare to that of neighbouring States.

Hon. Victor Nwokolo also applauded Gov Okowa for completing over fifty five (55) standard roads out of about 90 roads projects embarked upon by his administration from inception which shows the governor's commitment for development of the State.

He noted that, for Governor Okowa to achieve such infrastructural success in such a difficult economic times, he deserves to be trusted for a consolidated development beyond 2019.

He therefore berate those peddlling fake rumour of the Governors' non-achievements to repent urgently of the sins of propaganda, libel and slander.

He noted that, on roads construction, Governor Okowa has achieved a total of 697.36Km roads and 300km of drains located both in urban and rural areas. These roads according the federal legislator include critical inter and intra city roads projects and concrete-line drains.

He stressed that, 276.63 km roads of the total figure, are in the rural areas.

Nwokolo also noted that, Dr. Okowa through his administration's SMART agenda, the YAGEP, PPSP and STEP programmes have empowered over six thousand (6 000) youths and created direct and indirect jobs for delta youths both in the private and public sectors to tackle the menance of unemployment among youths in the State.

On Agriculture Barr. Nwokolo said the Okowa's led administration has also distributed tractors to a confirmed number of sixty four (64) Cooperative Societies to boost farming in the State.

Further more he added that the current administration has also empowered another set of one hundred and six (106) Cooperative Societies with Mellon Shellers while Eighteen (18) other Cooperative Societies were given Outboard Engines and Fishing Gears support packages to boost mechanized agriculture.

The legislator while also recounting Okowa led administration's strides, said that, the state governemnt also distributed improved variety of cassava cuttings, fertilizers, and financial packages to four hundred and seventy five (475) cassava farmers including one hundred (100) fishery farmers who also received fingerlings, feeds and backups financial assistance.

"....still on agricultural empowerment and development, the present administration has also empowered One Hundred (100) Poultry Farmers with two hundred (200) day-old chicks each alongside feeds and cash" he added.

In furtherance of the fulfilment of his campaign promises, he noted that the present administration has also empowered fifty (50) poultry layer farmers with two hundred (200) layers each, feeds and cash. Same way, fifty (50) piggery farmers has so far received ten (10) growers, feeds and cash.

In a bid to encourage and boost tomatoe farming in the state, the Okowa administration has also established Fourty (40) tomatoes farmers with seedlings, Agro-Chemicals and Cash which to a large extent is yielding positive results.

On education, Victor Nwokolo reiterated that, Governor Okowa has so far rehabilitated, reconstructed and upgraded facilities in the three technical colleges, one in each of the three Senatorial Districts of the State which include:

1. Ofagbe Techinical College - Delta South.
2. Sapele Technical College - Delta Central.
3. Agbor Technical College - Delta North.

In his speech, while the Ofagbe and Sapele Technical Colleges have been commissioned, the Agbor is ready for commissioning.

According to him, the Delta State Government has also completed the renovations and construction of some public Primary and Secondary Schools across the State through the SUBEB/UBEC interventions and has also supplied instructional materials, writing and seating desks to a number of schools to facilitate teaching - learning processes.

In the health sector, Hon. Victor Nwokolo scored Delta State Government high and hinted that, the State has renovated some hospitals across the state with Universal Health Insurance Policy for all Deltans.

These projects he listed to include:

1. General hospital, Patani.
2. General Hospital, Abavo. (Newly built).
3. Central Hospital, Asaba (awaiting commissioning).

Victor Nwokolo said, PDP will not settle for anything other than gold in the 2019 general election in Delta State and encouraged all party members and Deltans not to allow elements of APC propaganda to get them confused over the Governor's unflinching commitment to the development of the State.

He said, winning elections is not all about the volume of blackmail, propaganda, lies, deceit and making fake promises in desperation to hijack power, but about good antecedents, contacts with the grassroot, mobilization of the masses based on the masses firm believe in one's ability, competence and experience especially, evidence of achievement for incumbents.

The Honourable member noted that, while PDP does not believe in making noise over what it has achieved because it is their tradition to do justice to the people in terms of providing good governance through participatory democracy and infrastructures as reward for their support, it becomes imperative to clear the doubts posed by APC continuous lies and unreasonable attacks on the party and the Dr. Okowa because, silence in most cases is mistaken by so many for consent.

Hon. Victor Nwokolo therefore, admonished Deltans and Nigerians to dispel rumours making the news and described them as fabricated tales by APC to sow discord.

The Ika Federal Constituency representative therefore urged Deltans to always feel free to ask questions to get accurate answers on areas of doubt rather than trending the fate of media created lies by the reservoir of lies called APC. He said, APC is a political party built on lies and deceit with clear distance from truth as they have shown to the world with their endless falsehood, propaganda and inability to translate promises to achievements.

He urged Deltans to access first hand information through the ministry of information and communication or take advantage of the Governor's town hall meetings to get direct answers on areas of doubt for clarity purpose and possible improvement.

Tompolo To Buhari: Develop N/Delta With Money Spent On Military Deployments

Fugitive, Government Ekpemupolo alias Tompolo, has advised President Muhammadu Buhari to channel funds expended in the deployment of over 20 military houseboats in Gbaramatu kingdom alone and other hardwares to develop the Niger Delta for peace to reign.

He said this was what informed the establishment of the Nigerian Maritime University at Okerenkoko and the Export Processing Zone (EPZ) Gas City Project at Ogidigben in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State by the last administration of President Goodluck Jonathan.

The former militant, in a statement signed by his media consultant, Comrade Paul Bebenimibo and made available to journalists on Thursday in Warri, Delta State, opined that the continuous military deployment to the region would not solve the problem of the age-long criminal neglect of the region by successive governments.

For absolute peace to reign, Tompolo enthused that the Federal Government should put up a strong political will to address the issue of lack of development in the region, which has been the bone of contention.

The former leader of the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND) wondered so much is being squandered in taking care of the military personnel and wares in the region “without achieving the purpose they are being drafted to the area as the agitation for development of the region continues on daily bases.”

He, therefore, advised that the huge sums of money used to deploy military houseboats, gunships and fighter jets, which is enough to fund the embattled Nigerian Maritime University and other development projects in the region, “will give a sense of relief and belonging to the people as part of the Nigerian project.”

“High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, alias Tompolo, the Ibe-Ebidouwei of Ijaw Nation has advised the President Muhammadu Buhari administration to fund numerous development projects ear-marked and on-going in the Niger Delta region, particularly the coastal area which is a very difficult terrain that no normal human being will love to stay with the present condition, with money used to deploy military men and wares as well as carry out military exercises such as operation crocodile smile and octopus grip by the Army and Navy respectively.

“And that continuous military deployment to the region will not solve the problem of the age long criminal neglect of the region by government.

“It must be pointed out that mere acknowledgement of the fast deteriorating condition of the Niger Delta region by government is not enough to solve the problems there, rather, the Federal Government needs to put up a strong political will to address the issue of lack of development in the region.

“At the last count, there are over 20 military houseboats in the creeks of Gbaramatu kingdom alone.

“So much is provided by the government in taking care of the military men and wares in that region without achieving the purpose they are being drafted to the area as the agitation for development of the region continues on daily bases.

“Government cannot continue to harass and intimidate the people of the region with military might. What the region needs is simply development.

“And that is what the previous administration meant when it established the Nigerian Maritime University, Okerenkoko.

“The previous government also approved the electrification of Escravos and environs, which has gone half-way, only to be discontinued by the present administration.

“The EPZ gas city and deep sea port project, well thought out by the precious administration to significantly address the issue of unemployment in Nigeria has been abandoned also. This is not fair,” Tompolo reiterated.

He challenged the Buhari-led government to “change the paradigm of military deployment to the paradigm of development and see that relative peace will certainly be attained.”

Niger Delta Avengers says, 'we are back and will not spare anything or anyone on our path to actualize a united Niger Delta'

Niger Delta Avengers says,

Nigerian militant group Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) has just issued a statement on its official website signed by its spokesperson Maj. Gen Murdoch Agbinibo.

The new statement says the Niger Delta Avenger's cease fire on operation 'Red Economy' is officially over and it will not spare anything or anyone on its path to actualize a united and free Niger Delta.

Read the full statement below...
The High Command of the Niger Delta Avengers wishes to bring to the notice of the International Community and the general public that there is no such militant group with the nomenclature, "Reformed Niger Delta Avengers"; it is not operated by any of our operatives but a money making tool in the hands of certain disgruntled Niger Deltan political jobbers in connivance with top government functionaries of the Buhari led Nigerian Government.

The Intelligence Unit of the NDA has gathered from our sources in the Nigerian Government that the operatives of the said Reformed Niger Delta Avengers are some fraudsters from the Niger Delta region working with government functionaries like the office of the Director General of DSS, office of National Security Adviser and office of the Minister of Transport. The chain of Niger Delta fraudsters is which been led by one Richard Akinaka, Myke Loyibo and Famous Daunumugha and a host of others; has vowed to stop at nothing until they help the Nigerian Government to jeopardize the sincere efforts of the Niger Delta People at Economic, Social and Political freedom.

To the elders of the Niger Delta, PANDEF, we warned you against the antics of the Nigerian Government yet you requested a chance to broker a new vision for our people; we told you and the rest of the world that the Nigerian Government is only interested in our oil wells and not our well being yet you told us the signs are different this time around.

Instead of allowing us to continue our quest to bring the Nigerian economy to our targeted zero daily production, which recorded huge success; you threatened us with Tompolo to stop the struggle; out of respect for elders and not to the threat of Tompolo we adhered the call and halted our strike actions hoping you (PANDEF) would keep your own side of the bargain.

The question to Tompolo and the PANDEF is to tell us what progress they achieved since we heeded your retrogressive call,  to whose benefit is the move by Tompolo and the Niger Delta elders to impede a mission sanctioned by our ancestors and the Almighty?

Tompolo, we want you to know that we never started this struggled with the intent of living forever but with our lives already offered for a sacrifice for a better Niger Delta. We invite you to come after us with your total force as we are no longer ready to heed uninspiring advise from you or anyone else in the Niger Delta Region.

We have since lost faith in you (Tompolo) and PANDEF and have vowed never to heed any such retrogressive call or advise from you in the future; the recent disruption of the PANDEF 4th National Assembly by the Nigerian Government is the final evidence we needed to conclude that the Federal Government of Nigeria reserves not even a iota of respect for you (Tompolo) and the Niger Delta Elders as the position of the Nigerian Government is made emphatically known to the Niger Delta People that it's ONLY interest remains the flow of oil from our region to the Central Bank of Nigeria. We want to make it known to the PANDEF and the Nigeria government that our call for halt on "Operation Red Economy" is officially over.

Some of us can still remember those good old days in camp 5 when you (Tompolo) were the general of Generals,  you told us (the young combatants) then, that "we are the future of the total emancipation of the Niger Delta, that we should also know we are not  fighting for ourselves rather we are fighting for the next generation". Sometimes we wonder where that charismatic General of Generals, has gone to. We bet, only you can answer dat question. We still believe in you but we are sorry,  like you said 10yrs ago "we are the future of the total emancipation of our people"; and we have since chosen this path and never back out until the total emancipation of our people is achieved.

We have just concluded head count of our operatives across the Country; we are pleased to announce that all our operatives are intact and focused; ready to implement instructions from the High Command of the NDA in the going few days.

To the Nigerian Government, we are aware of Egina FPSO built in South Korea by Samsung to be operated by Total Nigeria is one of the biggest FPSO built in South Korea has started it's voyage to the oil fields of the Niger Delta to further exploit us while our concerns are left unattended. We are presently tracking and monitoring it's movement; and God willing it shall not operate successfully in amidst the return of the fury of the Niger Delta Avengers.

Message to the Oil Companies; Our next line of operation will not be like the 2016 campaign which we operated successfully without any casualties; this outing will be brutish, brutal and bloody, as we are shall crush everything we meet on our path to completely put off the fires that burn to flair gas in our communities and cut every pipe that moves crude away from our region. We can assure you that every oil installation in our region will feel warmth of the wrath of the Niger Delta Avengers.

To you the operators of the social media Avengers (RNDA), be reminded that the Niger Delta Avengers are not the same as the toothless and cowardly MEND; we are men of our words and may it resonance in thy ears and deep down your bowels and that of your partner's in government whose interest is the suffering of the people of the Niger Delta that we (The Niger Delta Avengers) are back and will not spare anything or anyone on our path to actualize a united and free Niger Delta.

According to John F Kennedy; Those who make peaceful  revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.
