The good people of Owa-Alero wish

(Dr.) Ifeanyichukwu Arthur Okowa, Governor-elect and Deputy Governor-elect,
Barrister Kingsley Otuaro, on their well deserved victory at the poll.
For us, your victory was not a
surprise. It has been destined by God. According to HRM Obi (Dr.) Emmanuel
Efeizomor II, JP, OON, the Obi of Owa, “Dr. Okowa will be a Governor of not
only Ika or Anioma people but for all Deltans. “United we Stand divided we fall”.
With the huge experience acquired as Secretary, Ika Local Government Council,
Chairman, Ika Nort-East Local Government Council, Commissioner for Agric, Water
Resources, and Health, Secretary to Delta State Government, Distinguished
Senator, Federal Republic of Nigeria. We are sure, your present job will not be
a learning process.
We are highly indebted to all Aniomas,
Ijaws, Isokos, Urhobos, Itsekiris and all PDP Stakeholders and our Great
Governor of Delta State, Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan, for providng the level
playing ground during the PDP primaries and indeed in the General elections.
