NINE POLITICAL PARTIES ADOPTS AMORI
Nine registered political parties in the State have directed their supporters to mobilize for the PDP candidate in the runoff Delta Central Senatorial election holding this Saturday, April 18 2015 by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
The political parties include, MPPP, APA, KOWA, PPN, ACPN, ID, ACD, PDC and NCP.
The State Chairmen of the nine political parties gave the directive today Thursday in Asaba at a press conference on the rescheduled Saturday senate election.
The Chairmen asked their supporters to mobilize and cast their votes for the PDP candidate for the election, Chief Ighoyota Amori.
Speaking on behalf of the chairmen, Hon Christian Moses Abeh, Chairman, APA, said the PDP Candidate for the runoff election, Chief Ighoyota Amori has paid his dues in the politics of Delta State and has remained consistent in the quest for a greater State.
Hon Abeh noted that Chief Amori's commitment to moving the Urhobo nation forward would be greater achieve as the representative of the people in the nation's upper house.
He called on all sons and daughters of Delta Central to turn out en masse on Saturday to vote for the PDP.
The Party Chairmen who said they operate under the umbrella of Association of Registered Political Parties, appealed to all other candidates for the runoff election to step down for Chief Amori.
The State Chairmen include, Hon Efe Tobor, MPPP, Hon Charles Moses Abeh, APA, Prince Jude Eze, KOWA, Victor Egwunenu, PPN, Chief Paul Isamade, ACPN, Onochie Ucheamaka, ID, Hanna Odibo, ACD, Princess Oluremi Mohammed, PDC and Lordson Ohubare, NCP.
