The Deputy Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Friday Ossai Osanebi has felicitated with the father of the Executive Governor of Delta State, Pa Arthur Okorie Okowa on the occasion of his 83rd birthday anniversary.
In a statement this morning, the Deputy Speaker who was full of thanks to God for his faithfulness and love towards the Okowa Family, congratulated Pa Okowa on this special day.
“On behalf of my family and the people of Ndokwa East, I write to felicitate with you on the occasion of your 83rd birthday anniversary",
“Over the years, you have always readily given yourself to the cause of peace, stability, growth and development of our Dear State and Country, Nigeria. For this, we owe you an enduring debt of gratitude,” Rt. Hon. Friday Osanebi wrote to Pa Okowa.
The Deputy Speaker further wished Pa Okowa a very happy birthday and prayed that God Almighty will continue to guide and bless him.
“As you deservedly celebrate this landmark, it is my prayer that the Almighty God continues to bless you with robust health and many more years of happiness,” The Deputy Speaker said and wished him very happy birthday.
