Dream Team 3-3 Flying Eagles: U-20 Internationals Win Super 4
Nigeria Under-20 internationals twice came back from trailing their Under-23 counterparts to finish the 2015 Glo Premier League Super 4 tournament with a flourish.
The coach Manu Garba side drew 3-3 with the Olympic team and ended the pre-season tournament with 13 points from a possible 15, four points ahead of their opponent who ended as second best team.
The Flying Eagles trailed 2-1 at half time through an Oghenekaro Etebo spot kick after Peter Onyekachi equalised Taiwo Awoniyi’s opener.
Bernard Bulbwa brought the game back on level terms in the 54th minute but Etebo restored U-23 team’s lead six minutes after the hour mark.
Chidera Ezeh headed home an equaliser in the 74th minute to help secure the Eagles’s unbeaten run.
