GREAT OGBORU AND ORTEGA SUFFERS SET BACK AS A PC, LP Members DECAMPED TO PDP IN DELTA STATE
Today the Labour Party members along with the the All Progressives Congress (APC) members joined the the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
It was gathered that several former political appointees and party executives from the Labour Party, and APC in Delta state as they dumped their parties in favor of the PDP .
LP and APC suffered a big set back setback as director Paul Obire director – general of Great Ogboru campaign organisation and others high commands decamp to PDP during PDP governorship rally in Ughelli Township Stadium today .
This became known during a rally in Delta home town of of Great Ogboru Some of Ogboru ’s former appointees included immediate media team manager
The former aides were led by Paul Obire while about 98 50 APC members were led by the leader of the party in the local government . It was more of an endorsement for Senator Ifeanyi Okowa as Governor of Delta State as Deltans troop out enmasse to the Ughelli Township Stadium
Engr Tony Johnson EmekeOdoe at the rally said ” Deltans are at it again driving a course to elect in their very best. We are fully happy with all effort and the journey so far.
Today, the readiness and support witnessed so far is already making everything else in life so wonderful and worthwhile; for the Okowability dreams have come to materialise.
Sen Dr Okowa remains our Delta Best come 2015″” Okowa today at Ughelli Township Stadium promising with 24-hours supply of electricity.
“We will rid Delta state of generators… I promise you with 24 hours supply of electricity,” Okowa said at a mega rally at Ughelli Township Stadium.
He also said the government will soon allow people to choose their electricity provider. “Citizens of Delta will soon have the option to choose their electricity provider just like mobile phone providers,”
He said the competition would also bring down tariffs, as had happened in the telecom sector
