IDUMU-EBOR RI-NMA ASSOCIATION ENDORSES SEN. DR. IFEANYI OKOWA FOR GOVERNORSHIP

The members of Idumu-Ebor Ri-Nma Association (IRA), a social political group in Owa Alero formed by the youths of Idumu-Ebor Quarters to support the gubernatorial ambition of their maximum leader, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa in Delta State come 2015 and to ensure progress and development in the Owa Alero Community.

At the meeting, the group reached a resolution that they will throw their weight behind Senator Dr. Okowa's candidacy. They said Senator Okowa is the most qualified, credible and experienced politician in Delta State, as he had served in various capacities such Local Government chairman in Ika North East,

Commissioner in three different ministries such as, the ministry of water Resources, Agriculture and Health. He also served as secretary to the Delta State government and currently a distinguished senator of the federal republic of Nigeria. They also noted that Senator Okowa is the most vibrant first timer in the house of senate owing to the wealth of experience gathered so far.

However, they went further to enumerate the laudable strides of Senator Okowa which include, empowerment of the youths and women in the state, infrastructural developments and initiation of bills at the National Assembly. They therefore urged on all PDP delegates in Delta State, to rally round senator Okowa in the forthcoming elections in the state most especially the primaries.

They enjoined all interest groups and political oppositions in the state to retrace their steps and pledge their unflinching and unalloyed support for senator Okowa, come 2015.

Godwin (Akubuile), Co-coordinator, Ifeanyi Ohigwu (charming) PDP youth leader in Owa Alero, Christopher Asiwe, Jurist Umerin, Okoro Bienose, Monday Ikechukwu (Jacket) Friday Ikechukwu, Samuel Acha, Cletus Ifeanyi, Friday Ekome, Lawson Ehuikewueze (Obiaderi of Delta), Isaiah Efan and Friday Tudeme.
