ACCORD PARTY CHIEFTAIN, HON RICHARD IWEREBON REJOICES WITH OKOWA AND NWOKOLO'S VICTORY -IKA WEEKLY
The national Vice Chairman and South-South chairman of Accord Party, Hon Richard Iwerebon while speaking with journalists registered his message of solidarity to the distinguished Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa who emerged winner at the recently concluded Peoples Democratic Party gubernitorial primaries in Delta State. Hon Iwerebon also wished Nigeria, Delta State and Ika Federal constituency well for producing Senator Okowa to represent the Peoples Democratic Party as governorship Candidate in 2015 election.
He said, “we the members of the Accord Party congratulate Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa and Hon. Victor Nwokolo for emerging both Governorship candidate and House of representative candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party. We are asking these distinguished gentlemen not to forget Accord Party.
We are still on ground and we will continue to support their political aspirations. In political appointments and empowerments, they should carry us long. We as a party are very confident that Senator Okowa will be next governor of Delta State come 2015. We urge other political leaders to join hands and support Okowa with their resources and time to move Delta State forward. We believe Senator Okowa will be the president of Nigeria someday”.
