Lassa Fever: 2 die in Ondo state, 30 people quarantined
Two people have died in Ondo state following an outbreak of Lassa fever in the stat. 30 people who had contact with the victims when alive, have been quarantined in order to curtail any further spread.
The state Commissioner for Health, Dayo Adeyanju, and a team of health workers had since Wednesday been moving across the local governments of the state to raise awareness on the disease and educate residents on measures to check the outbreak.
