Chris Brown will have to check into a Rehab Facility, in order to skip jail, as his court date approaches.
The Singer was arrested on Sunday, October 27 on an assault charge putting him on the path of possibly bagging a jail term, he will be in rehab pending his court appearance. "Chris Brown has elected to enter a rehab facility," said a statement Tuesday night from his representative. "His goal is to gain focus and insight into his past and recent behavior, enabling him to continue the pursuit of his life and his career from a healthier vantage point."
