Lagos state police commissioner, Fatai Owoseni, this after visited the
scene of the Isheri North Estate GRA, Lagos where an 11-man kidnap gang
attacked, killed three security guards and abducted the estate's
residents associations, secretary, Dayo Adekoya. Owoseni has vowed that
the police will arrest the kidnappers and rescue the kidnap victim. See
