UTE-OKPU MONARCH COMMENDS DELTA STATE GOVERNMENT ON ROAD CONSTRUCTION

The Obi of Ute-Okpu Kingdom, His Royal Majesty Pastor Solomon Chukwuka 1, has commended the Delta State government under the leadership of Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa for the numerous projects going in the state, especially the on-going reconstruction of Owa-Alero/
Ute-Okpu road.

In his words, “I thank Governor Okowa for his understanding and concern to reconstruct Owa-Alero/Ute-Okpu road which before now was in bad state hindering economic activities and movement. I am happy over the road project and I commend Okowa for the good work he is doing in the state. Okowa is doing well and has done what many governors could not do in their eight years in office. Let Deltans compliment him by giving him their support”.

Obi Chukwuka also praised and commended their son and the Principal Secretary to Governor Okowa, Mr. Hilary Ibegbulem for having his people of Ute-Okpu in mind, particularly his support for the youths.

He therefore commended the contractor handling work on the road, Sharpstone Construction Company, for a speedy and quality work done so far, even as he urged youths of Ika nation to engage them in meaningful ventures as the New Year begins.
