According to Emmanuel Jolly who shared the video on his Facebook page, the little baby was abandoned yesterday morning at Lagos-Abeokuta expressway. In the video, a group of people are seen lifting the baby from near a vehicle tyre where he was abandoned and wrapping him up in a duvet. See the video below:
