According to reports, there's a place in Ethiopia where men come together yearly to compete for the crown of the 'Fattest Man'.
They drink cow's blood and milk for 6 months, and after that, they all come forward to show their physiques and the fattest man would be chosen.
The winner is then addressed as a hero for life.
