A.J. MONYE, CAMELITE PAINT BOSS KIDNAPPED
The managing director of Camelite and Favour Paints with head office in Agbor, Delta State, Mr. A.J. Monye has been kidnapped. He was kidnapped on Monday morning, November 4, 2013. The news of his kidnap was received with shock by residents of Agbor and environ.
According to the information gathered by newsmen, Mr. A.J. Monye was picked at the gate of his office. According to our source, Mr. Monye was in his car being driven by his driver, when two unknown gunmen appeared from nowhere and bailed them up. Before anyone in the area could realize what was happening he was whisked away by the abductors to an undisclosed area.
Some residents who spoke on the issue on the condition of anonymity called on the security agencies to track down the kidnappers as their recent activities are already sending fears in the spine of people of the area, expressing fears that the activities of the kidnappers might increase during the Christmas period.
As at the time of filling this report Mr. A. J. Monye has not been freed as the kidnappers according to a family source were yet to mention ransom.
